AU GIFT SHOP RETURN POLICY:

(1) Item/s must be mailed back to us within 10-days after you receive it.

(2) Items must be returned with original delivery documentation/receipt.

(3) Items must be returned in original packaging, box, etc

(4) We do not pay return shipping and handling fees on returned items.

(5) Allow 10 working days after we receive the item for your reimbursement.

(6) You must notify the AU of plans to return within 72 hours after item arrival.
