This year, we have some familiar contests for members. http://www.pigeon.org/contests.htm will lead you to the April Awareness Contest, the Youth Membership Contest and the Showcase Lofts.
We have the potential for the development of several new school projects. The School Information Packet guides educators and youth leaders in creating their own version of the project; AND it is now on CD! Also, if you need a supply of promotion handouts, but don’t have time to wait on the mail each time you have an event; we have promotion flyers on CD. You can print your own handouts whenever you need them. Call us, or send us an email. We’ll get it out to you right away.
Whether you are in a club that wants more competitors, or you just like to know more about the sport, the AU is a great resource for you.
Alongside the enjoyment of racing and promotion activities, we play a significant part in the protection of our right to raise and race Homing Pigeons. A bird with such an important piece in history deserves reverence. Sporting competition borne from good breeding and training programs deserves respect. So let’s let others know about it!
